Classique Salon and Spa

I had a 2:30 appt for full highlight and haircut, and the salon called to ask if I could come at 1… and I did. During the consult with the stylist Tommy, he said he didn’t have enough time to do the full service so he had me stay for the haircut and rescheduled me for the color. Yes, the color process was involved (but nothing out of the ordinary like major color correction), but my original appt time (which was already blocked out for full color) was 2:30 so that’s an extra 90 minutes since I went at 1pm instead, and I know nobody else was booked after me because Tommy walked out of the salon before I was even finished paying. As a first time client I felt very blown off, and as someone with a full time job and a family, I felt my limited time was not respected. I scheduled my whole day around this appt, and drove the 30+ minutes each way expecting to have my hair cut and colored, and left very disappointed. Clearly he didn’t need the money or care about gaining a new client

Since I opened my business in Staten Island and moved from New York City, I have always strived for the best. I searched extensively for a hair salon that could meet my absurd pursuit of greatness. I went to many different hair salons until I finally found Classique Salon and Spa. My search was over; I had discovered the perfect place for me and my family. Patti is the only person I let cut my hair, and every single place I go, I am bombarded with compliments!
