Gel manicure was very rushed as well as eyebrow waxing which shows in the final.product. I even had mentioned that I like them thinner and I was rushed out. Sloppy job that I will now need to fix.I will be going to the usual place I get my eyebrows done. Figured I'd save time but... Services: Pedicure, Waxing, Manicure

Now known as GS Sarah Nail (under new ownership). I WAS a loyal customer for years. If you are going for a pedicure please make sure your legs are smooth and date ready. Do not go to the nail salon ready to relax. They will comment if you have any stubble. Completely unprofessional, they embarrassed me and made me so uncomfortable. After obviously talking about me, I was asked if I was wearing a coat on my legs and laughed at by four of their employees. I felt bullied and was mortified. I paid for my service only as I didn’t feel they deserved a tip due to their unprofessional behavior. I was called out in-front of the whole salon for not tipping as I was walking out the door. I made my feelings loud and clear at that point and explained what led to how I felt. Management did absolutely nothing. Horrible experience.

I have been going to Bella for several years through a couple of different owners and I cannot think of anything negative to say. I have never had a bad experience. The prices are fair for the services. The "free" massage (of course you should tip) is worth the trip alone. I have gone twice since the re opening after the shutdown and I feel very safe there. They are taking all precautions. Lucite dividers between all pedi chairs, the staff all wear masks and plastic shields. Customers are required to wear masks and they alcohol every chair and space when someone gets up. There is also hand sanitizer at every station including the drying stations. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because they are a bit on the pricey side compared to some places.
