If I could leave zero stars I would. We walked in and their sign outside the door literally says they close at 6pm, but they tell me they're closed at 5:40 and you can't tell me that a men's haircut takes more than 20 mins. Terrible service and if they really close at 5pm then they need to update it when their sign OUTSIDE their door says 6. Very displeased. Will never come here again.

I Wanted a specific style and was told they could do it. Ericia was "the only one that knew how to do the style". But after showing her the picture of the style she still insisted she knew how to do it. She ended up chopping my hair. I left and returned the next day to get a refund, only to be told that they don't do refunds only redo's. Like I said no one else knew how to do it and why would I trust another person from the same salon knowing they already told me they don't do that style. I slept on it and went to Rte 9 Walmart and once again someone told me Melissa can do it. I showed Melissa the pic of the style I wanted and explained that it wasn't cut properly the 1st time. Melissa cut it and it was the same if not worse than before. I lost it , I cried and told the manager that I was not happy and I wanted her to contact the owner and I wanted a refund.
