Everything went very well. The shop is very beautiful. I loved the theme. everyone was so nice, I loved the vibes. My stylist Shonique did an amazing job. She was so sweet and gentle. She communicated with me through the whole process. I will definitely be returning.
I had such an amazing experience with Fatima! She was timely, professional, and easy to talk to. The appointment was seamless and we even ended earlier than expected so I had a few extra hours of my day back. The most welcoming and pleasant experience in all of the salons that I visited in NYC. I was immediately embraced by the manager, who was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. The owner was also present during my visit and she took the time to give me a warm welcome and make sure I had everything I needed. Although, I didn't get a service done that day I definitely plan on returning!
