Blue Heaven Beauty & Nail Salon

I went to Blue Heaven after calling in advance for a manicure and pedicure. I had to wait over 45 minutes to be seen. The lady who came to do my manicure did not really know what she was doing. She was not focused. She left in between doing my nails to see other customers. My fingers were bleeding because she cut too much of my skin. Then she blamed me for having "thin skin". It was very off putting. Then she started my pedicure. She also made my toes bleed. As soon as the blood came, she dipped my foot in water as if I wouldn't notice. It's been 2 days. My toe is still bleeding. I am diabetic. This is just awful. Thankfully after starting the pedicure, she left to do something else and then Simmi came in to finish the job. She was very gentle and knew what she was doing. This other lady whose name I just can't remember was awful. If you go here, ask for Simmi only. If you can't get her, go somewhere else where you'll be seen timely and taken care of, not made to bleed on your hands an

Moon is amazing, and very talented. Thanks to Saroj my eyebrows are flawless!! I always enjoy this salon because it is so welcoming with nice music, the costumer service is excellent, you always walk out of there feeling transformed and satisfied and everything is organized and clean.
