I called to ask for a quote to do the laser treatment, they never called me back, I went to the store and the lady was kind of rude saying that I have to make an appointment and they never called me back and I can't go to start treatment without knowing the cost, she came out telling me that she is not obliged to give me a price without an Appointment, the truth is that I found it super intractable on the part of the lady because she came out saying that they don't like to give a price later because people only waste their time,, , , never to set foot in this place again

I am so upset about the service you do. I called to get information and the person who respond was really no nice she hang out the phone to me. And when I called two days ago they told me they will call me back and they never did. That is why I try again and she respond impolite. If you are offering a service you should be nice and try to respond clients their doubts or your service.
