Supercuts

Simply disappointed in the stylist Marilana. I went to her one other time and it was the best haircut I ever had since keeping my hair cut up since '09. She was too busy trying to get me in and out to even pay attention to how messed up the left side and top of my hair is. I asked her multiple times to fix the right side of my hair as it was sticking out. There were literally chunks of hair on top of my head. I know Marilana can and has done better, but maybe that promotion just got to her head and she just doesn't give any concern in regards to how her cuts turn out. I really don't know the reason why things have changed, but all I know is I will not be returning to anv Sunercuts. Edit - Manager called soon after original review was put up to offer to fix my hair. She was decent about everything and apologized profusely. However, due to how badly my hair was butchered, I had to wait for my hair to grow out enough in order to get it fixed. It has taken months for that to happen.

After receiving an incomplete trim on Saturday, leaving one sideburn and some sloppy work shaving down the sides, I went back on Monday and got it all cleaned up without an issue. Thanks!
