WORST salon experience of my life!!!!! I went for a pretty standard service - highlights and a haircut - and came out with BLACK hair and a burned scalp. My scalp was literally on fire from harsh chemicals being used and left on on my scalp for too long. My hair looks awful and after spending over $1,000 ($500 for the highlights, $325 for haircut + tips) I’m left with a disaster that needs to be corrected and a burned scalp. I’m in utter disbelief that a “high-end” salon could do this. The stylist I used, Nicole, seemed to only be able to handle blonde hair color, and any variation from that is impossible and turns into a disaster. Heard only good things at this salon my sister( rori Sassoon) has been going to you for awhile looking forward to trying it ! I have a long pixie haircut can’t find anyone to cut my hair the way I like it . Can’t wait to try you guys !

Incredible cuts and color. Incredible blowouts. Incredible everything. Very efficient, too. Also, I can't even count the amount of times I have been there and I always get fit into the schedule. I personally have not experienced the poor customer service that a couple of the other reviews have alluded to. This place has the best customer service I have ever seen. Blowbars are a dime a dozen these days, but if you want a reliably classy and stylish result - this is where to go. Pricey, but worth it.
