I walked in for a consultation and the girl in the front couldn’t care less! She was rude, she didin’t guide me properly with the service consultation, neither called a hair stylist to get an opinion from them, instead she was pretty clear with the cost of service and repeated it multiple times without me asking her. If im going to spend that kind of money I dont expect this attitude from her. Usually the hairstylist takes a few minutes to explain the services. Im glad i changed my mind and i decided not to do it. That woman is good at loosing customers

I had an amazing experience at Thomas Taft Salon with Uros! A few years ago I got very sick with an illness and ended up losing a lot of my hair. It was devastating as I had to wear wigs for years - and my hair was something I used to be very proud of. Once my hair finally started growing back the layers and lengths were all over the place, but I was too afraid to let anyone cut it or do anything to it. I finally decided to get a cut and put my trust in Uros. Uros was so kind and he made me very comfortable with the whole process. The layers are absolutely perfect and I am so happy. The balayage gave my hair the sun-kissed look that I really wanted. He did an incredible job with my new cut and color, and I left the salon feeling gorgeous! Thank you Uro$!!
