I recently had the pleasure of visiting K&S Salon, and I am delighted with my choice. The hairstylists at K&S Salon are incredibly attentive to their clients' needs. The haircut and styling I received were executed precisely, leaving me extremely satisfied with the results. K&S Salon also uses high-quality hair products that leave my hair looking and feeling fantastic. The service was efficient, and the pricing was fair. Walked out of K&S Salon, confident with my new look. I totally recommend this salon to anyone in search. It's definitely a cut above the rest!

I had a terrible experience at this salon with Kim as my stylist. I specifically went in for highlights (which I have gotten with Kim before) and Kim assured me that my hair could handle it. However, after the appointment, my hair was left extremely damaged and broken. It's clear that Kim didn't take proper care of my hair and didn't have the expertise she claimed. Not only did Kim leave my hair damaged and broken, but she also got the color wrong three times. Despite me clearly expressing that I did not want ashy tones, she managed to turn my hair a grayish brown (I came in blonde). When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she brushed it off and basically said, "Oh well, I have another client." This lack of professionalism and disregard for my wishes made the entire experience even worse. As a result, I had to go to another salon and spend a lot of money for a color correction and a repairing treatment (luckily they fixed my color). I'm truly disappointed with Kim's service and the overal
