I got a simple mani and it looks fine. Definitely a no-frills service. They had me get up and go check out in the middle of the manicure (before or after would have made more sense). Once I was done and stood up to go to the drying table, the owner literally ran over to say that I owed $6 more for picking a "shinier" polish (still regular polish, not gel, vinyl, etc.). I told her that she should have told me that when I was paying for the service and that it didn't make any sense. I could tell she was just making this up and trying to get me to pay more. The technician also then stood there while my nails were drying to say that I needed to tip and they take cash only for tips. I always tip, but it's really rude to tell someone to tip you!

I wish I could upload photos here. The owner unsold me $60 more than what she said was the “more expensive” option for my nails. The technician took 2 and a half hours. I got UV GEL on my nails and I asked for shellac polish and they charged me an extra $35 for JUST THE POLISH. I didn’t even get a gel manicure or any manicure for that matter. It cost $150. I have a giant chunk of skin missing from two fingers, nail polish ALL OVER MY SKIN on nearly every finger and the streaky polish is horrifying. The only reason I paid for this service was because my phone died and I needed to just get out of there. I’m calling my bank now! Oh and I didn’t even mention that my technician insisted I get the IV Abel because it was healthier for my baby and pointed at my stomach as if I was pregnant. I’M NOT PREGNANT.

Great pedicure ???? I'll go back for more treatments 100%
