I wish I could give more than 5 stars! She did such a great job with my hair and also recommended a few styling tips. Will highly recommend! Service: Haircut
I had overall a positive experience getting my hair toned. The stylist was very considerate and careful with color choice and got the desired result. 5 stars on the result However I was surprised that although the pricing they shared with me when I first reached out and that I confirmed by asking the lady at front desk before I got my hair done, was different from what they eventually charged me. They actually asked for 50% more than the price they quoted me, saying it is because I have long hair. 50%!! I have very very little volume of hair but they did not consider this. Mostly, I wished they had explained in more detail what it would cost before hand, instead of afterwards when I cannot do anything
Second time coming back and my experience did not disappoint! SooMi was very meticulous and attentive with my haircut and highlights. I will definitely come back again.
