Disgusting treatment from the OWNER! I did my lashes gel manicure and pedicure and gave both of the girls a tip, she (the owner) demanded that I gave them more money and that if I don’t do that from now forward she does not want my services. I told her that if she wants me to pay a certain amount in tips maybe she should write it on the wall somewhere. Instead she tells me not to come back. This is not the treatment I expected after being a regular for 5 years. Disgusting . I pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars at this location all to get treated like garbage and crying on my way out. So upset. Services: Pedicure, Eyelash extensions, Manicure

I have been coming here for years. After months of being told my favorite nail tech wasn’t available, I finally got an appointment with her to do a pedicure/UV gel take off/ regular gel manicure. I asked many times over the phone if I can have Paola only since anytime I get another tech my manicure chips within two days. I was told multiple times yes—to come in and only have her do my feet. Owner was rude and asked me how i expected paola to do my hands. Even though thats what i was booked for. Being 6 months pregnant and traveling in hopes that I get what I scheduled for. Enough to never come back.

Couldn’t make one appointment because I was stuck at work. I called 2 hours before to ask if I can reschedule for another day she said yes, I said ok thank you. Then she goes on to ask “are you sureeeee you’re going to make it on Friday?” I said yes? She calls me back 5 minutes later to say just letting you know next time you come in we’re going to charge you a $15 cancellation fee. She was very rude. I hope that $15 cancellation fee was worth losing a customer that always tips more than 20%. Save your time and money and go somewhere else that has better customer service.
