Loved the outcome! This is exactly what I wanted.

My hair was dry and ragged. Now, my naturally kinky curly hair is so soft and shiny and perfectly straight! The salon took my last minute appointment and graciously spent 3+ hours doing a keratin treatment and trim. I’m so grateful for their professionalism and warm inviting atmosphere. Horrible!!!!! I decided to go this salon I asked for the OWNER to do my hair she said yes and then when I went there she wasn’t there her stylist told me to wait and called the owner .the owner said don’t worry my girls know what their doing okay . Should have known when the stylist took 30 mins to just part my hair! I specifically showed my hair cut and color. She told me not to worry she will be there every step of the way .. my appointment was at 11am I left at 4pm!!!! Why because her stylist was overwhelmed thru this process and said she was hungry then she was so done and tired she got hair dye on my white champion shirt she apologized but what’s that gonna do I wanted to get out of there … the boss kept telling me to relax when I saw what my hair looked like and was asking why are we here so long she’s telling me it’s a process when I’ve been getting my hair done for a while .. then the boss friend wanna come in stare at me while I’m yelling at the boss explaining that her stylis
