This was my first time in the salon and my experience was absolutely amazing. The staff was so warm and inviting and my stylist knew exactly what I wanted. This is a lovely place! I used to come here and then stopped 4 years ago. I really needed a haircut and treatment. The service here is excellent, they really create a positive atmosphere for self-care. Their staff is courteous and friendly. The extension they built upstairs really facilitates flow in the salon, you wait upstairs near the cafe to make space in the styling area.

I give the shop a 3/5 because it’s a nice shop. Very clean and the staff is polite. I enjoyed my wash and treatment. My hair feels very nice. Also, I know they can do great hair because I saw some people walk out of the shop and they looked great. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for me. I don’t like my haircut and I’m so sad about it. I had really high hopes for this shop based on what I saw online. I feel like I asked for one thing and I got the opposite. I showed a reference picture and even a picture of one of my old haircuts, to illustrate what I didn’t want. I asked for perm rods and to preserve some length, but I got flexi rods, coils, and super short sides instead. I do have some hair thinning, and I’m not sure if the style I wanted wasn’t achievable due to this, but if that’s the case I wish it was communicated to me so we could have discussed a different plan. I was told the sides would cut a bit to blend the thinning, but I didn’t expect it to be as low as it was since I
