I have been getting my eyelashes done for years, and I moved to the area recently and was in search of a new eyelash technician. I found Sierra at hello beautiful and was grateful that she was accepting new clients, but I'm now just very disappointed. My lashes didn't even last a week. They were falling off my natural lashes so quickly. I reached out to Sierra and she moved my fill appointment closer, which I appreciated, but imagine my surprise when she didn't show. Definite miscommunication, but I'm sorry, don't tell me you're available, have me okay it, and then not show up because I didn't triple confirm. I feel like it was just handled very unprofessionally, and my advice for anyone looking for this service, quadruple confirm...????
