Larisa is an artist on top of her game. My hair was over processed and burnt. She exceeded all my expectations because my hair looked incredible after she had finished cutting and styling it. I scheduled 2 days in advance for haircut with blow dry for 11 am, we showed up at 10:58am. She had taken another client and told was that it will be 30 mins wait. I agreed and returned in 25 mins, and noticed that she was so busy chatting personal life with client while taking her sweet time. She was not even apologetic for act so I left after waiting another 7 mins. Not sure what time business models she built up her business.
