Left residue from the gel manicure on my fingers and cuticle. Nice lady but never going back.
I love this place!!! It was a go to when I had my son in daycare, and has been my go to for my hair. I have long, thick hair and many places take forever to blow dry it. Not Larisa... she’s awesome at putting in the right colors, cutting and styling. Lily is fantastic at with her head massages while washing your hair, and does a great mani/pedi.
One of the nastiest dirtiest spots I’ve been to , mind you I’ve been to about 8 in queens. I was beyond shocked of the rudeness of the owner and totally sry back in shock of how they perform . I truly never felt as compelled to write a review as I do now for this place and hope they replace this manager asap for all her incompetence and absolute disregard to me as a customer . Never ever had anyone in life treated me as such . I hope one day they realize . Thank you !! Gos bless
