Katie and her entire team are absolutely fantastic! I started coming to Image Solutions Salon at 21 years old (now 28) and I was nervous because I never had a good hair cut experience in my life. Katie listened, empathized, and talked me through every action and made me feel so comfortable. The end result of every appointment was exactly what I wanted! I have even started dying my hair with her as well (first time in my life) and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I receive so many compliments on my hair! Everyone here is a true professional and are so highly trained you know you are in great hands every time you walk in the door. When I walked into Image Solutions I had lost all confidence in my appearance. I had been to another salon in April and had had a horrible experience. I had received services that left me with orange hair which had been so badly cut that I looked like I was wearing a lopsided orange hat. I tried other shops but nobody knew what to do to fix it. Then I found Kate at Image Solutions. Not only did she know exactly what to do, she took the time to explain it to me calmly, kindly, and patiently. She then made sure that I knew what the repair, the cut maintenance and the color maintenance would cost going forward. Not until she had my approval did she proceed. Once she began she continually checked with me as to my preferences. Even as she directed another stylist in helping, Madison, she made sure I was kept in mind I am a senior citizen, but that didn't stop her from considering younger more fun styles for me.
