I've never had a hair fairy godmother, but Tiffani was exactly that :) She's knowledgable, thoughtful and so confident in her execution. She listened to all of the things I do (and don't do) to my hair and gave me really straightforward tips that I could implement right away to reach my length / texture goals. The cut was minimal but intentional - exactly what was needed. The shampoo and styling were both so luxurious and never felt rushed. Everyone immediately noticed that my hair looked healthier and bounced better! I'm already looking forward to our next appointment together.

This was my first time being serviced at this Salon and I had an outstanding experience. Kamani who serviced me was phenomenal and the massage ????????‍♀️ I received at the wash bowl was amazing. Everyone in this Salon was so pleasant. Most importantly my hair looks and feels AMAZING!!! I feel like a new older woman . Services: Gloss or Glaze, Hair highlighting, Keratin treatments

As someone who doesn’t style her hair regularly, I rely on very defined cuts to expedite my daily routine. I booked with a level IV stylist and the haircut took about 15 minutes. Overall, the team seems stretched and, as a result, lacks focus. For example, although I asked for layers I do not notice them, rendering the cut rather flat, and the blowout was the most painful I’ve experienced. There wasn’t a good understanding of my hair type: straight, doesn’t hold a style, and many flyaways. After a 5min walk back to my apartment, the blowout had relaxed already and there were many flyaways since no product was applied to smooth them or hold the style (picture attached). Nothing was asked or offered either. This was one of the more disappointing salon experiences, especially at a higher price point. Bill came to $160 with gratuity.
