So I came in to get a ombré done.. well let’s just say the girl that did my hair mixed one color.. I still had grays and the cut was beyond horrible.. I’m not a hair dresser by any means but by the way she was cutting my hair I was just cringing.. when it was all over and she charged me 200 bucks for some damn highlights that were way to light for me, and it was suppose to to be a ombré appointment.. omg.. never again!! Have been going here for many years for haircuts from Katie. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Very nice surroundings, comfortable and relaxing. A great addition to the village of Ballston Spa!
