Tried to save some time and instead of going to my regular place I popped in here while at Crossgates. The brows don't look bad but before we started I explained what I wanted and the fact that I DID NOT want my eyebrow hairs trimmed. I could tell the lady was surprised when I told her no cutting and she had to put the scissors down. We started the process and everything was going well until all of a sudden I hear a snip and a ton of my eyebrow hairs go flying onto my face. Long story short, she did what she wanted and I was already an eyebrow in so I had to just sit there and accept my fate. I understand that she made a decision based on what she thought was best for me. But I KNOW what's best for me and my eyebrow journey has been long specifically because I've ended up with people who have done what they wanted and ignored what I've asked for. Learned my lesson. Ashley did my powder eyebrows she did absolutely amazing job she’s masterful at lashes and eyebrows go to Ashley for your lashes and powder and or micro blading needs I got powder eyebrows and I absolutely love the work she did she totally transformed my whole face and now my appearance I love her and her work and you will too go to Ashley.

She really worked with me on making sure I was satisfied and that the shading and shape fit my face and what I was looking for! The studio is clean and professional and she is so friendly and personable that any nervousness you may have melts away.
