I went to get my hair and roots lightened and instead I ended up with dark roots and the opposite hair color I desired. Instead of offering a solution Kiara pointed out that she spent 1 1/2 on my hair which looked like it was done by an amateur. I ended up having to rewash my hair after I rubbed my scalp and had dye in my finger nails. Waste of $200… I could have did a better job myself.
