I personally didn’t have a good experience at the salon. It was my first time there and Tayjah helped me. While she is very nice and pleasant she did a poor job with my cut and highlights. At first I thought the cut wasn’t too bad but when I went to a different salon to get my highlights fixed the hairstylist showed me how bad and uneven the cut was and she had to cut another inch to fix it. As far as the highlights the toner was not applied properly and the highlights were extremely uneven, very stripey and not blended in at all. I wasn’t going to leave a review because like I said, Tayjah was very nice and I felt bad, but I’m literally being bombarded with text messages from the salon with requests to keep scheduling appointments, reminders that I need a touch up and requests to leave a positive review. While I was able to unsubscribe from the mailing list the text messages keep coming in and it’s very annoying. I wouldn’t recommend going here since I spent a lot of money and then ha

I walked in on Saturday morning around 9ish am and booked an appointment for 11 am for a wash and blow out. As it was my first time at this salon I asked the receptionist for one their best stylists and she recommended Brookeh to me. I very clearly asked the receptionist what the price is and she t looked at her list and she said Brookeh’s price is $60! I then went back for my appointment, waited around 10 minutes for her to get to me. As she was washing my hair I asher to wash it two times instead of once and she said she did, which she didn’t (any person would know how many washes they got!!!) at my checkout the receptionist then told me that will be $75! I told her you literally looked at your list and said Her price is $60, the receptionist said “yes I know but she now told me it’s $75! Keep in mind that my hair is shoulder length not even long. I asked to see the manager and was told the manager is not in and the receptionist said “I can get your stylist and you can talk to her ab
