Pink Salt Salon and Spa

I had a great experience here. I initially went in to get fake nails but the nail tech noticed how healthy my real nails were and offered me a different option which was very professional of her and it also showed me she wasn't just there for money but really care about her craft and the well being of her clients. I showed her a picture of what style I wanted and she did it exactly like the style just on my real nails which was very impressive because I didn't think that kind of style could go on my natural nails. I most definitely will be returning to get my nails done here and would recommend everyone else to do the same considering the Salon seems to be very welcoming, clean, smelled soooooo good, and the other staff was caring as well. This was my first time here. My boyfriend found the salon on yelp since I have been less than happy with my current tech. I saw Lena and she was the sweetest. She did her very best to insure I left happy. When I got home, I noticed a few things I was unhappy with. I know I'm super picky. She stayed an hr past closing so maybe I didn't pay close enough attention as I already felt bad for being the last one. I decided to email and ask if I could have my nails reshaped and top coat reapplied. Jenny responded to my email very quickly and apologized and offered me 2 times to come in the next day. I went back and saw James, the owner. I would have never known I was sitting with the owner. So humble. I'm glad I emailed and gave them the chance to correct whatever I may have been unhappy with. As long as I have no breakage and they last, I will most definitely be back. James may be stuck with me. Customer service seems to be lacking these days but this salon seems to have gotten that along wit

I've been going to this salon since day 1 and it's by the far the cleanest & friendliest nail salon in the valley! I have acrylic nails and they always come out perfect just how I like them! Jenny at the front is always so friendly when you walk in and helps me pick out the perfect color :) I live across town but I'll never go anywhere else! Service: Acrylic nails
