This was my first time coming to this beautiful salon and I loved it. I came to get a full set of acrylic nails and it was the best experience I’ve ever had. Anahim did my nails. She did such a beautiful job and most importantly she was super gentle when shaping and filing my nails which I greatly appreciate. Thank you Anahim for such a wonderful experience! Extremely disappointed in this place. I read the reviews of this place and thought Id give it a try while I was in Vegas on Oct 20th. The staff was so sweet and I had a great time while I was there. I got a manicure with gel polish. Two days later it starting chipping pretty bad. I was already on my way back home so going in to get it fixed wasn't an option. I called and they asked me to send in pictures and that the manager would get back to me. After serval days I still hadn't heard anything, so I called back. I have yet to speak to the manager, an employee told me they'd refund $35 of the 120 I paid($20 was gratuity) for the gel polish. I haven't been refunded the money yet, no one has called me back, and I highly doubt I get it unless I call and make a fuss which I hate doing. However, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It is poorly managed and clearly all the care about is taking your money and not providing excellent customer service. It's not even about getting my money
