DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE. They don't answer or contact you when you fill out the form on websites. Left 4 voicemails messages and still has not returned the call. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY CAN'T EVEN RETURN A PHONE CALL WITHIN A WEEK AND A HALF. OTHER PEOPLE WARNED ME. I SHOULD OF LISTENED. GLAD I DIDN'T HAVE A SERVICE IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE. THEY DON'T DESERVE MY MONEY.

I brought my 12 year old daughter to Carla she tinted the lower half of her hair. When I brought her back in three weeks Carla asked me if I put any heat on her hair, I told her not in years,. . more then four inches of hair had been broken off..
