I recently got my first set of hair extensions applied at Komi Hair Salon and had an extremely great, hospitable experience! My stylist was Aileen with the help of Cody and both made me want to immediately become their best friends. Very personable, kind, knowledgeable, and informative every step of the way. The experience began with a personalized welcome message upon being seated in your chair, which was so cute and unexpected. A menu was offered with multiple beverage options and lunch was provided from my pick of one of the neighboring restaurants. The service was finished with Cody presenting a bag of full size Oribe hair products (thoroughly explained on when to use/how to apply), as well as a carefully curated box of gifts including satin pillow! The attention to detail and thoughtfulness was on another level. As mentioned before this is my first time applying hair extensions professionally, however I must say it felt absolutely elite. Let me tell you this .. the owner does not care about her clients at all . Unless you’re spending 2k or more for extensions, she will make you feel like a burden & just throw you on to someone that’s learning . Also it’s a red flag when employees keep “leaving “ . And I also hated hearing all the negative talk about other clients while being worked on or snarky remarks of other employees … I mean if you like over priced sorority feel then go for it but don’t suffer because there’s plenty of ppl who do NBR and are great at it . Customer service is everything but also take care of your employees so they’re not working on clients super stressed and insecure

What an experience! I felt like royalty when I arrived and left with a complete transformation. My extensions were custom matched for texture & then color matched. From meeting me at the chair with a latte, ordering me in lunch, educating me on how to properly care for my investment, this team is TOP TIER!
