BAD SERVICE!! From $12.99 she wanted to charge me $45 for a haircut. She claimed "it's to much work." I went to another salon and charged me $20 for same haircut and styled. I wished I remembered her name.. she is a ripped off to Jcpenney salon. Never again????
The service I received was great, my stylist was attentive. The salon was dirty!!! I was one of the first customers in the salon at opening 11-7 @ 11:00 and there was hair and trash on the floor, the floors looked as if they had not been mopped in days. There’s no acceptable reason for a store to not at least be clean swept. If I didn’t like my stylist so much, I wouldn’t return. Services: Shampoo & conditioning, Hairstyling
