I went into this salon last week looking for Christina but I was informed she no longer works here. I gave Esmeralda the benefit of the doubt after CLEARLY letting her know the three things I wanted done to my hair. Mind you, I have hip length hair and I asked for 4 inches off of the ends. Esmeralda proceeded to start chopping the back part of my top layer (literally mid point of the hair-shaft). With my hip length hair she thought a layer starting at my chin would fit even though I asked to keep my layers long. I stopped her multiple times seeking clarity because it seemed she intended to chop all my length, which i precisely asked for her to preserve. Would you believe that woman lied to my face telling me she would then blend the blunt layers she was creating without cutting anymore? I knew for a fact to blend she would have to cut more into the hair shaft, so I made her stop what she was doing and left. Had I not gotten up I would have left crying.
