Drybar - Las Vegas in The Cosmopolitan

2nd time coming to this location for a 9am appt and there was no key to open the salon. no compensation acknowledge for me having to cancel my appt after waiting 30 min. note to self don’t book an appt with them first thing in the morning. I think it’s time they add a lock box

I showed up a few minutes early for appointment at 2:30pm and it was 2:58 when my name was finally called. At no point did anyone acknowledge that they were running 30 minutes late. I understand things happen, but for no apology or acknowledgment is ridiculous. Well, I guess the only acknowledgment came in the form of “we won’t have time for your scalp massage today because” and I quote, “we’re running a little behind”. A little is an understatement. I would leave 1 star, but honestly I kind of feel bad for the staff. Every one of them looked like they’ve had the life beaten out of them and hate their job. I’m sure they’re over scheduled, so maybe this is more a message to their management to not overbook

I hate blowdrying my hair but wanted a fresh set of locks for a night out in vegas. My stylist was great with shampooing my hair, understood the look i was going for, and took the time to adjust my picky self, as needed. Would definitely come back! Oh, and they had last-minute availability.
