Drybar - Las Vegas in The Cosmopolitan

Love that they have a Drybar on the strip now because who wants to do their own hair on vacation. Don't expect a good scalp massage though. Been to Dry bars all over the states this one was OK but not the best service or blowout. Book online for your convenience.

I showed up a few minutes early for appointment at 2:30pm and it was 2:58 when my name was finally called. At no point did anyone acknowledge that they were running 30 minutes late. I understand things happen, but for no apology or acknowledgment is ridiculous. Well, I guess the only acknowledgment came in the form of “we won’t have time for your scalp massage today because” and I quote, “we’re running a little behind”. A little is an understatement. I would leave 1 star, but honestly I kind of feel bad for the staff. Every one of them looked like they’ve had the life beaten out of them and hate their job. I’m sure they’re over scheduled, so maybe this is more a message to their management to not overbook

My wife visited and had an INCREDIBLE experience with Charade. We had a ceremony to attend, and Vegas just wore us out. After her visit, she felt taken care of. Charade was personable and friendly and definitely knew how to help. Many compliments on her hair.
