I am so happy that I found this place and my new hair stylist Janielle! I did some research on Google and Yelp and found all the reviews to be primarily great of this place. After checking out their website and seeing how easy it was to make an online appointment (and they even show prices and time estimates for services, which most places don't), I decided to give this place a try and I booked a color retouch and haircut service here. Upon arrival Janielle asked me what I wanted to do today and we chatted for a moment on that. I wanted to refresh my current style and add some bangs and layers in; she was able to do exactly what I wanted and also give me some recommendations. Everything came out beautifully and was exactly what I wanted. Janielle was super friendly and a pleasure to chat with the whole time. She really made my two hours here fly by. I haven't had my hair cut in years because one I don't trust anyone and two I was trying to grow it out. I realized my hair had a lot of damage and it lays completely flat so it's kind of boring. After looking around at salons and reading glowing reviews I decided that this was the salon I wanted to go to. I first scheduled an appointment with Jill Barrett so that we could do a color consultation because I want to go lighter and I have a lot of box dye on the bottom half of my hair. We had a good conversation where she thoughtfully explained my options and the process and we came to an idea that really made me feel confident and excited about the different steps. After the consultation was over I asked if they had any haircut appointments and I made a same day appointment with Biljana Banda.
