Beware unethical practices - Charged 80% more without permission. Waddled in at 9 months pregnant for a full head of highlights and cut with Sarah. Walked out in tears at being charged $115 without being informed of $50 in additional charges. Story: I was in desperate need of something that would last the first few months of our expecting little one so I scheduled some natural highlights as the first apt of the day 9:30 am on Saturday. I also did a trim a little bit more then what you see in the blue shirt and we did an all over dark brown highlight. I was asked how I wanted my highlights and I told her, whatever she believes is best due to my circumstances. (Won't be able to come back for 2 months most likely) The wash out chair was uncomfortable but overall the process was fine and highlights did turn out decently. Horrible attitude horrible haircut ...wouldn't hurt to smile at least once even when I tipped.... I shouldn't have... needed a quick haircut... My regular place was booked... Won't let that happen again!!!!!????
