Had to wait 30 mins. after my appointment time, but the work the nail tech did completely covered for that. (Tech who does the square nails)

Very upset at the service here. I walked in and asked for a French tip. I asked for the “tips to make my nails longer.” While the women doing my nails was working, I noticed she started putting gel, without adding the lengthening tips. So I asked if she was going to put them. She became visibly mad. I was very uncomfortable so I decided to make it easier for her and just do short nails. It was so uncomfortable and awkward. The “massage” was her putting lotion on my arms and not even rubbing it in. She did not even try to make things right. I paid 40 dollars for nails that I don’t even want. I was so upset with how I was treated I went and cried in my car. This was by far the worst nail experience I have ever had. Service: Manicure

Enjoy Nova Nails/Nails By Tracy! They have great staff and always make time for walk ins. They don't rush the process! They have stayed after closing a few times for me to finish up!
