Terrible experience. Not what I asked for AT ALL. The woman used some type of “organic dye” to highlight my hair (I asked for blonde highlights) they came out barely visible, except one red streak right in the front. She didn’t listen at all to what I asked for; she just did what she wanted. Double booked another appointment during mine. Then charged waaaaaay (like WAY) more than it was worth. I had to go elsewhere to have it fixed the next day. Absolutely would not recommend this to anyone. Save your money, trust me.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I had an appointment with Jessica and she canceled on me because she wasn't feeling well which is understandable. I get it we get sick things pop up no problem so we rescheduled for the following week. The following week came and she texted me 2 hours before the appointment saying she had to cancel AGAIN. Like are you serious? If you didn't wanna do my hair just say so. Why waste my time and have me waiting I was so disappointed.

Sandra was so kind and really listened to my needs and desires for my long, postpartum hair to get trimmed and have more volume. This was the best haircut I have ever had, and done by such a sweet, godly women. The atmosphere was beautiful too! Pricey, but worth it. My hair feels and looks amazing!
