First time finally getting my hair done at a salon where they actually understand curly hair! Daniella was amazing! I will absolutely be back soon for a trim. I found my new salon!

JUST WOW!! I had my first appointment with Chloe, who is just exceptional. She was very booked up in advance, which is well mentioned before making an appointment with any stylist. I am so glad I booked anyways. Chloe really took the time to listen and work with me to achieve the look I really wanted. She really went above and beyond in communicating what was being done, which parts of my hair were being cut, and showed and detailed all the products she was using. I left this salon with the biggest smile and most defined curls i’ve had in years! HIGHLY recommend.

After my previous stylist moved I was on the hunt for a salon that specialized in curly hair and Roots was recommended to me. The appointments book a little far out, which was well advertised on their website and when I spoke to them so I wasn't caught off guard, and it was well worth the wait! I had a curly cut with Chloe and she was exceptional in detailing what she was doing, how much she was going to take off on what parts of my hair, how she used the products and diffuser and my curls had the most definition I'd ever seen when I left! I swiftly booked another appointment and texted my curly haired family and friends about the services and product. Highly HIGHLY recommend this place!
