Very impressed with the look and feel of this local concept. Cannot wait until they open the lounge and restaurant. Also looks like a great start to their coffee bar.

The hair dresser I had here was great. I had an appointment and over 24 hours before my appointment I tried to reschedule. Their online scheduling system was having problems so I emailed them, as they have not receptionist. After some back and forth trying to reschedule I received a call and notice that I didn't show for my appointment. I immediately called the hair dresser and explained the situation. She was very kind and offered to reschedule. Then I get a very short email from the salon pretty much stating that they were doing me a favor by letting me reschedule without paying a no show fee and that I would owe this at my next visit. What a shame that this place doesn't have better customer service and treats their customers like this. I will never be going back.

My husband and I lived in New Mexico from 2016 - 2019. This was our go-to salon for getting our hair cut. You're in good hands regardless of who cuts your hair, we never ended up with a 'bad haircut'. The stylists are all friendly and personable, and as a bonus you can get yourself a beer/cider while you wait for your appointment, or wait on your spouse to get their trim! (at least, that was the situation before COVID lol)
