Worst experience ever!! If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Would not recommend if your looking for a good haircut and blowout. I purchased a Groupon for a haircut and blowout and was assigned Michelle as the hairstylist. I explained to her I wanted one straight cut and to level out my hair to the shortest layer. After cutting 2 inches off the bottom to level it out with the shortest layer, she then proceeds to add another layer above that when I specially instructed her I wanted a straight cut and no layers!! I also wanted her to straighten out my side bangs but she did the complete opposite!! When I looked at my bangs they were evidently uneven! I kindly showed her how one is longer than the other but she continued to neglect my concerns and refused to make it more symmetrical. She then proceeded to blow dry my hair from the top down which made it very flat given that most stylists blow dry from the bottom up. She was blow drying against my hair which also did not help provide volum

I have had many Keraton treatments with different products and salons. My favorite is Lasio not Brazilian. I’m extremely fussy with a lot of highlights and always concerned about damage. I did a lot of research and read review after review with Groupon because I did not want to spend $250 and above. By far, Oliana was the best ever! She was amazing and so was everyone else in the salon. I was very comfortable there and I will be back for my next Keraton and also a haircut when needed. Thank you, for my coupon Oliana for my next service!

I did keratin hair treatment here. Michel did a wonderful job. She patiently listened to my requirements and I am very much happy about the output. Everyone at the salon were nice and friendly. I highly recommended this place. Will be going back again.
