Since the new owners took over this place everything has changed for the better becoming one of the best places to get your nails and hair done in West New York area. I would definitely recommend going to this place. It is also very clean and the workers are respectful and attentive.
They were really booked for the day , but they managed to add me on schedule for my nails. Very good customer service , they were really nice . Very comfortable seats, their hand soap also smells amazing . Update - the place is nice but the paint on my nails started coming off after day 3 . I could not go back because I did the nails for vacation .
My first visit and the girl that did my pedi and mani messed up horribly. My gel mani already lifted. I have three cuts on my foot from the pedi, I explained that I have in-growns the girl clearly didn’t know what she was doing. An just cut my nails they look atrocious I’m so mad! Now I have to wait till they grow back properly! I asked to speak to the manger and they dismissed me. I called and have yet to hear back. Needless to say I will Never return! An keep all my clients from going there!
