The wait time is average but there has been a couple times where you have to stand outside of the store to wait. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is very courteous. There are two of the staff that I have had take care of my nails that I feel have dealt with my needs and concerns specifically. I was not happy with my last visit. Got burned multiple times. And requested specific shape nails, didn't get them how I like.

I got my nails done a week ago. I already went back because a day after I got them done, one of my thumb corners chipped off. They fixed it free of charge. A day later the other thumb chipped. Now my left pointer corner chipped off as well as the left middle, and my right pointer is cracked. My nails are not even ready to be refilled yet. WORST experience I've ever had getting my nails done.

After years of dealing with this place after today I am done done I showed a picture she mad because I picked things wrong which idc because u over charged on bs work so if your gonna charge 110 do 110 worth of work my nails look terrible I am not satisfied at all and I give her 110 she lookin at me like I owed more u will never get another doller outta me ever my nails are not straight the top coat aint on right and all they worry about is eyebrows get the nails right before u worry about eyebrows Services: Nail art, Acrylic nails
