Only giving it a one-star because I have to some kind of rating trust me they don't deserve that! I arrived here at 9am finally got my hair washed after waiting for a long time. My hair was not combed and the woman just put it under water and started washing. Then by 11am the lady tells me my hair is greasy and needs to be washed again after I had been there for 2hours. I inspected my hair and didn't feel grease nor had I put any grease in it. Only thing in my hair before was gel. This has never happened before and I don't know why my hair wasn't combed just thrown under water n shampoo. I spoke with owner and she said it did not matter that my hair was not combed through before washing. I tried to explain to her if it was combed thoroughly we wouldn't be going through this because the washer would know it was allegedly greasy.. she just told me very rudely that it had to be washed again and that didn't matter and walked away. Went there this morning at 10am me and another girl was told to come back at 2pm. We came back sat there for ten minutes just for them to tell us they can’t do our hair it was to thick needed a relaxer. I was appalled because I always come here and every last one of them did my hair before for them to tell me no one is there to do my type of hair I will never spend my money here again or recommend anyone with natural hair!!!!!

I had my hair done on Saturday looks and feels great .Wonderful work.
