Very bad experience with this location. I made an appointment for a hair coloring waited for an hour just for the hairstylist to tell me that she can not do the job. The.n I went back with my niece to speak with the famous Geovanny from Union City a week after and ask for a consultation about my hair coloring and my surprise was that his advise was cut your entire hair or go back to the person who did it to you in a nasty way. I was expecting from the owner of the business to give me an advise and do the best to fix my hair but I received a nasty answer. No professionalism at all

Please be careful at this place! I went for hair coloring and the person Giovanni assigned let the hair color fall in my eye. She panicked and used a towel and her hand to put water. A day later I ended up in Engelwood Hospital for 4 days I have proof. I called Giovanni from the Hospital and he pretended to sound concerned. The Hospital said I Had a super bacteria in my eye because whatever they used their hand or the towel was dirty. They tested me for MRSA, I had a catscan, they gave many antibiotics. They were afraid it would spread to my cornea. I did not sue Giovanni at first I have insurance once I received all the bills totaling 7,000 for the balance I called him asked him to work something out he refused it took months for him to give insurance information. Instead he said how was he sure it happened at his salon. Blame the victim. One of his employees say he does not wash the towels he hangs them in the back having a laundromat across the street. I highly recommend going here to have anything you need done marvelously! From beginning to end, Giovanny, his wife, Diana, the staff, Jaime & everyone were very kind, considerate & attentive to me & made me feel special even though there were many other customers. They treated me like I was the most important person there! Giovanny really pulled off a miracle for me by fixing my hair when I really needed it. I wasn’t satisfied with a haircut I had from somewhere else & he is a true maestro & took his time & did an incredible job & charged me a reasonable price. He’s a very kind soul & I appreciate all of their help to make me feel pretty again, boost my self-esteem & made me very happy with my hair! I can’t wait to take my Daughters & friends there as well!
