Honestly the service was okay, but the outcome was terrible. I asked to get my hair straightened, and although they did give me a blowout it was done so terribly. Naturally I have curly hair and for those who don’t know using a relaxer could damage those curls long term. They used the relaxer on my hair without my consent during the wash and because of that my hair ended up smelling like eggs for the past three days, gave me terrible split ends, and overall ruined my curly hair. If you want a quick cheap blowout this is your go to. If you want quality, this ain’t it. The man blowing out my hair had no idea how to MANAGE tight curls. Whenever I complained about the brush he was using or the technique he was using to unknot my hair, he asked if I wanted to do it because that’s how you unknot hair. He said it’s not the brush; it’s my hair. I let him proceed and while he blew my hair out so straight, the way he went about it was ultra damaging to my hair itself. When I washed my hair back home a few days later my curls did not return to it’s natural pattern and this was my first blowout in months. Mind you, I’ve been exclusively using Monat for 10 months and my hair has been super healthy. Not bringing my own products in was my mistake. But lord I ain’t coming back here. Also, they’re gossip QUEENS!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This woman walked away multiple times in the middle of my haircut, rushed my haircut, and went against what I wanted. I asked for a trim and she cut off around 5inches of length in the most atrocious, choppy way possible. It was as if I was a mannequin and not a person. The woman who styled my hair, bless her heart, curled my ends to hide the horrible hackjob that was my hair. Below is two pictures of my hair before and three pictures of my hair after.
