Love this salon and Amber! She was so clean and hygienic. Her waxing abilities are really top notch and felt like I was in great hands the entire time. After leaving I am very much looking forward to having another session with her :)

The owner, who had previously asked for a positive review, was distracted by another customer and didn't consult me on my eyebrow preferences. This led to an unsatisfactory result—uneven and thinner eyebrows. The clear inconsistency in service quality and the owner's pattern of soliciting positive reviews, paired with her public defensiveness over negative ones, raises concerns.
