I'm giving 3 stars because it was my first time there & first time getting waxed. It's a nice place, the lady was very nice, the waxing went well. The only thing is the wax got really hot & when I told her it was getting to hot she didn't lower the temperature. I do plan on returning for another waxing session

Stay awaaaaaay. #negativereview Visited the salon for my teen daughters hair cut y'day and i wish I hadn't. Owner is very rude, her tone and way she speaks is very unpleasant. We still ignored that part. She did okay job with trimming my 11 years old but throughout her hair cut she was so rough handling her hair i could see the pain in my daughters eyes. My 14 year old showed the owner the bangs she wanted, owner didn't know how to do it but said yes and without asking the length of the bangs,she cut it so short it was beyond repair. When we conplained she kept insisting of cutting more hair in the back to hide the front bangs. We asked her to stop but no apologies from her side. I would say please stay away from this place at least for hair cuts.

I have been regular here for almost 3 years and had some past bad experiences but I have let it go but this time it was intolerable.. before taking an appointment, I enquired whether Radha has experience with bob style or not, after confirming I went there with so much of excitement to get the hair cut and it was disaster.. I’m so disappointed with the service. Its so uneven and doesn’t carry same style at both sides.. one side looks good volume and other side looks like I have no hair.. just a great disappointment, I’m not a person to whinge about small mistakes, but Radha really ruined my hair and killed my confidence. I won’t suggest hair cut at this place. Service: Haircut
