3D Nails Spa

Went in to get French toe nails done. The lady who was going my gel pedicure wasn’t understanding me when I said I wanted my French line to be thicker. Guy came in to help with the communication and when I explained to him what I wanted— he yelled out “oh that’s fungus, that’s why the paint is like that.” In front of everyone. Mind you I don’t have fungus and what does that have to do with me wanting a thicker French then he proceeded to say it two more times as if I didn’t understand when it was the other way around. What a complete embarrassment never coming back here again.

Place is not clean not sanitized bathroom dirty not sanitized nasty stain on the walls. some stuff are friendly. The price is reasonable.

Today 7/2/2023, had my nails, feet, eyebrows and chin done to the tune of $124 on Friday, 6/30!!! I let them know that I was traveling. I just arrived at my destination and the paint is coming off. I'm no where near home, so now MUST PAY AGAIN to get my feet redone!!! Calledcto report it and was told I'd be charged AGAIN, instead of receiving an apology and an offer to have my feet done freebof charge on my next visit due to my inconvenience. How horrible the customer service is!!!
