My hair is falling out after they burned my scalp with bleach and they didn't even do the color I picked! I asked for a refund and they refused. I will NEVER come here again.

Today I want on an appointment around 2 o'clock today. It literally took them nearly an hour and a half to finally attend me. When it was finally my turn. The manager told the lady that attended me to put a light color on my hair like I asked for from the start. The lady out of no where decided to put a much darker color just because she thought it looked "better" on me. I also asked her to cut my hair down and she totally rejected my offer just because it was too late and it looked like she just wanted to go home.

My experience has been pleasant thus far, they are very organized and attentive. They keep a list to keep a track of who is next with which hair stylist. I love the fact that you can also buy hair products that compliment the service you have received. If you come on Friday, Saturday expect to wait because it's the peak times. Parking is tough, get there early if you can. I recommend Marlyn she is honest and will let you know what you can and can't do depending on your hair.
