Will never go back to this store. Non professional behavior. You guys need to be respectful and speak in English. Gave me an uneven haircut. Just in disbelief. Two minutes for my haircut??? It was terrible.

It really takes a lot for me to write a bad review but today was the last straw. This has happened a couple times before to both myself and my sister. I usually get my eyebrows done by a specific brow tech and only schedule my appointments when she is available. It’s very rare when I do find her available but when she is, I schedule my appointment and plan my day around it. Today I was in a rush and scheduled my appointment on the earliest time available which was 1pm. I get to the salon and she’s not there (has happened multiple times before and I wait for her). By around 1:10, I tell the other tech there to ask when she’ll be here. She called her and she told her she’s on her way. By 1:17, I decided to leave without getting serviced. Clearly there is no respect for peoples time and it’s my fault that I let it slide multiple times. My sister stopped giving her a chance a long time ago but I was nice enough to let it go many times. It ruined my entire day and my plans. I usually don’t

If I could give no stars I would. My fiance has been getting waxed for years and has NEVER had any issues and now she comes back with blood spots all over her arms from her elbows to her shoulders. The owner had the audacity to blame other factors when she 100% knows that my fiances blood on her arms was caused by truama and not a reaction. If the owner had taken responsibility this would have been bad but still made the business trustable. Its not.
