Melandre Salon and Sulis Spa

Booked with Eli after seeing her IG work and was completely disappointed. If you don’t have experience with dark roots, don’t do them. Came out striped, yellow, and kept me under heat too long, my hair broke which has NEVER happened to me.

At first I wasn’t going to post a review because I was extremely upset and thought that I’d go back to get my hair fixed, I’m glad I didn’t. I went here at the end of April and got a haircut and wanted to get a parcel balayage or to refresh what I already had that grew out a little but I was told she didn’t have time but she could add some blonde back etc. So I agreed. Then I was told that adding color in my root to enhance it would be best but it would be my same root color (not me knowing this would be an additional charge) you would think they would tell you this especially being a new customer. (I learned from this and will definitely always ask if anything is extra because I would have not done that if it was extra esp on top of their already high prices. After my hair was done I was not happy with how the blonde came out it was way to much from what I had asked and I even showed pictures. I always look forward to my monthly facial at Sulis Spa. The atmosphere always relaxers me as soon as I enter the tranquility room. Val is such an amazing esthetician and her facials are deep cleansing and hydrating. They remind me of facials I have had in Europe. She is top of her game and amazing. Thank you to the entire staff for always ensuring I have a fantastic experience. 10 out of 10 rating!
