Yessica's Nails & Spa II

I never write reviews, but this was the most horrific experience I have ever had getting my nails done. I came in today for the first time do SNS powder and was extremely disappointed with the service and the professionalism of the salon. I asked for a french coffin set and even showed the picture of what I wanted, but received something completely different. When I spoke to the manager about the result, I was told to pay $15 for the removal of the nails plus an extra $55 for a new set if I wanted to “fix them”. I had already paid $63 total for this set and was outraged by the owners’ response. I didn’t even receive an apology or even a discount for their mistake. These people seem to care more about stealing their customers’ money than keeping their clients happy. I am never coming back here again and do not recommend anyone to get their nails done at this place. The first picture is what I asked for and the second is what I received: Service: Manicure

Went in today after buying the Groupon deal for encapsulated nails. Yasmin was my nail tech and I absolutely love my nails. The nail techs are mostly Spanish speaking but she was able to get what I wanted even with my very broken Spanish lol. Thank you! Service: Acrylic nails

I love certain nail techs here! I have come a handful of times. After coming today I am horrified, disappointed, and upset. My two toes are still hurt and bleeding even with nail tech putting “green drops” continuously on them. Each toe is uneven in length, the gel polish was placed everywhere BUT my toenails, and again I am worried for my health as I am still bleeding after leaving the salon. Sadly, their pedicures do not have plastic safety bags in the tub so I am worried about possible infections in my deeply cut toes! Just gross. While the lady was kind enough she was not AT ALL QUALIFIED and after knowing she hurt and upset me she still had the audacity to ask for a $10 tip. Sad because some of their artist their are amazing and I am someone who is a repeat customer - after this experience I cannot take this risk. I still gave her a tip and did not make a scene as I am kind. Be aware though.
